“lucky”
You are in for a treat folks! I am about to bring to you a very long blog post for Jennifer & Charlie’s gorgeous wedding at Rancho Los Lomas this month. These two are both beautiful inside & out and I have had the pleasure of getting to know them and sharing in their special day. I know I always say how much I adore my couples, but these two are really special people. They are sweet, sincere and so much fun to be around. Most of all, when you are around them, you can’t help but notice how madly in love these two are. I left their wedding thinking not only are they so lucky to have found each other, but how lucky we are to have witnessed a love so precious and profound. It’s a love like theirs and a wedding like this that reminds me of how lucky I am to do what I do.

They don’t call it a ranch for nothing!

The super talentedKatie B did an amazing job on Jennifer’s hair & makeup. Here’s a sneak peek of Katie in action:
All the bridesmaids had these gorgeous bouquets crafted by Helen Tao of Flowers by Helen and wore these special matching necklaces. All the floral arrangements were so beautifully done by Helen for the day.
The groomsmen were also not be out-done with their teal ties and fabulous yellow boutonnieres again by Helen Tao of Flowers by Helen.
The rings:
Jennifer & Charlie opted for a “first look”, which I HIGHLY recommend. It gives you some time before guests start arriving and all the crazy fun begins! We had about an hour prior to the ceremony for couple and bridal portraits. The “first look” resulted in this magical moment:
Now for some bridal party fun!
While I was shooting the lovely ladies, David got these fun shots of the fellas:
And now some time for the stunning couple. I just love all of these!
Definitely some of my faves for the day:

What a amaaaaazing ceremony location:
David got these next few tender moments with his 70-200mm lens!
Picture perfect:
After the ceremony, I stole some more time with these two. The lighting got better as the day progressed and the scenery was so surreal, I had to make sure we took advantage!
So fun & fabulous!
When we first drove in to the ranch, I saw this swing and I knew I had to get Jennifer & Charlie on it. We did a little bit of a trek, but I think it was well worth it!
Some detail shots!
It was like this all night – they are just too cute for words!
I just love this photo of Jennifer. Whenever I see it, I think of her dancing to the song “Single Ladies” by Beyonce.
