What a better way to start off the week than with another beautiful boudoir?! Waking you up on this HOT Monday is the stunning Miss Foxy. She is Miss Foxy for obvious reasons, but also because she reminds me a lil’ of another hottie by the name of Megan Fox with her gorgeous brunette hair and piercing green eyes. Miss Foxy was definitely no diva though and like all of my clients, such as pleasure to work with.

Special thanks to one of my favorite makeup & hair artists, Miss Angelina from the All Made Up Team for helping make Miss Foxy super foxy. It’s always so wonderful working with the All Made Up Team!

lien & david: los angeles wedding

“can’t help falling in love with you”

You may recognize this gorgeous couple from their Malibu and Pasadena engagement sessions. Well these two lovebirds finally tied the knot in November 2009 and I was honored to be a part of such a special day. I had met Lien & David last Spring and we instantly clicked over coffee as we discussed their wedding and my dry eyes. No Lien & David are not models – they are actually both optometrists. I think they are probably the goofiest, sexiest couple I know . I swear there is never a dull moment with these two and somehow we managed to survive heat, makeup and cake disasters together. I am so blessed to be a part of such a lovely day for them and their friends & family. And it’s always an added bonus when I can say that I have made some new friends along the way. It’s hard to call this work, isn’t it????

mirei & jimmy: orange county engagement session

I feel fortunate to meet new, wonderful people in my profession, but I feel even more blessed when I get the opportunity to capture memorable moments for those very dear to me. Mirei is my beautiful best friend and I was honored to take these engagement photos for her and Jimmy. I couldn’t be happier for these two – I have happily witnessed their love grow and develop into something so amazing. As her maid of honor and as good as multi-tasking as I am, I won’t be able to hold a bouquet and camera in each hand, so I am thrilled that Mirei chose the talented Brian Khang to take pics for their big day. Just as exciting, Mirei chose the All Made Up Team to make us all look amazing on her wedding day. Here’s a sneak peek of how gorgeous Mirei will look, as Angelina of the All Made Up Team did another incredible job on Mirei’s makeup & hair for the engagement session.

Mirei & Jimmy are two of the happiest people I know, so I thought something like these fun pink balloons would add that special touch to their engagement session. We ended up having a lot of fun with the balloons, especially Jimmy . Without further adieu, here is the happy couple:

my birthday shoot

I decided to give being in front of the camera a try for my 29th birthday. I always feel weird looking at myself in photos, but I figured I might as well do something for myself, especially while I can still get away with looking young and frolicking in the grass…lol. I always wanted to do that! So I asked the talented Brian Khang to help capture some fabulicious memories of me and boy did her ever! I was in total awe when I woke up this morning and found that Brian had already posted some on his blog. I couldn’t decide which ones I liked best so I posted them all. The light was just so delicious! Thank you Brian & Helen for such a fun & splendid shoot!

Thank you to the amazing Angelina of the amazing All Made Up Team for her incredible job on my hair & makeup. I know it’s hard to believe, but I don’t wake up looking like this…lol.

The boudoir is back! A few weeks ago I got to meet the incredibly sexy and funny Tracey. We had a blast and it never feels like work when you are having fun! Tracey is getting married next month and wanted a little something, something for her husband-to-be! Judging by how stunning Tracey looks in these photos, I’m sure the hubs will be happy Once again, all make up & hair was beautifully done by the All Made Up Team. I can’t say enough about this amazing team of ladies!

“rock that thang”

I know some of you are sad that this is the last, but certainly not least of the boudoir bonanza. Don’t worry I will have more sessions coming up soon! I am overwhelmed by all of the wonderful feedback I have received regarding the last two boudoir sessions! I have never seen so many blog hits! LOL. I just wanted to share some notes about my boudoir sessions! First of all, yes these featured ladies are unbelievably blessed with their good looks, but you do not have to look like them or supermodels to have great photos. The whole purpose of the sessions is to embrace your beauty and capture what makes you really beautiful and special. Every woman’s body is different so I don’t have one formula for photographing my models. I work with what makes the woman feel the most comfortable and beautiful. For example, Ms. Connie has an amazing body with lean, long legs so I tried to accentuate that in her photos. Ms. Lana is the gorgeous blond bombshell with beautiful blond hair and blue eyes which were the points of focus for my shots. Ms. Patricia as you will see below has radiant skin and tantalizing eyes so I played on those qualities for her shoot. And all of the ladies were made even more beautiful with makeup and hair done by the talented ladies the All Made Up Team. Having makeup and hair done by professionals really make a difference and I would highly recommend it for any shoot. Ok, on with the good stuff! Ms. Patricia is truly a trooper! You wouldn’t know it by looking at these photos by she was sick (and probably drowsy from her Nyquil…lol) when we did this shoot! Man I wonder how she looks when she is perfectly healthy! Patricia was amazing because she really understood her body and knew exactly what works for her. Why do I suddenly sound like a judge on America’s Next Top Model?! LOL. So here’s Ms. Patricia doing her thang!
